NOTARY QUESTIONS / DENVER

Denver notary FAQs,
clear answers before you book.

Practical answers to help you plan a mobile, electronic, or remote online notary appointment.

How much notary experience does Joanna have?

Joanna brings 18 years of notary experience, with service in English and Spanish for Denver and surrounding communities.

How do I request a mobile notary in Denver?

Call Joanna or prepare an email request with your neighborhood or ZIP code, document type, number of signers, and preferred time. Location, fees, and availability are confirmed before an appointment is booked.

Is electronic notarization the same as an online video appointment?

I offer both formats. In-person electronic notarization uses an electronic record while the signer and notary meet in the same location. Remote online notarization (RON) takes place through an approved audio-video process and includes additional identity verification. We’ll confirm the format that fits your document before booking.

Can I sign before the appointment?

Some acts require signing in front of the notary. Wait for instructions before signing, and tell Joanna if the document is already signed.

What identification should I bring?

Have a qualifying government-issued ID or passport ready. Identification must meet Colorado notary requirements. Certain recently expired IDs may qualify; discuss an expired ID or a name difference with Joanna before your appointment. Remote online appointments have additional identity verification requirements.

How much does a traveling notary cost?

Request an itemized quote based on the document, appointment format, number of notarizations, location, and any travel charges. The business’s final fee schedule is confirmed directly with Joanna.

Can I ask questions in Spanish?

Yes. Joanna speaks Spanish. Let her know your preferred language when you contact her, and confirm the language and document requirements for your appointment.

Do you have a walk-in office?

This website is for appointment inquiries and mobile service. Arrange a meeting location directly with Joanna; no walk-in storefront is advertised.

Can a notary choose or prepare my legal document?

A notary is not a substitute for an attorney. Ask the document issuer or your attorney which document and notarial act you need.

Are same-day or after-hours appointments available?

Ask Joanna about the date and time you need. Same-day, evening, weekend, and facility appointments depend on availability and are not guaranteed.

Can a notary certify a copy of any document?

Copy certification has limits. Some public records must come from the issuing office. Describe the record before arranging an appointment so eligibility can be checked.
